Report An Absence
If you child will not be in school, will be late or will be leaving early please contact the health office by calling 651-653-2821 or email: attendancelincoln@isd624.org.
Please leave the following information:
- Child's first and last name
- Child's grade
- Your name and phone number
- Reason for the absence
To report a vacation of missing 2 or more days of school please send an email to Principal Brian Morris.

Diagnosis Reporting Form
Please let us know through this form if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Please also call your school’s attendance line (for students) or submit an absence in Skyward (for staff) if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
